Without them, a career stagnates, skills stiffen, and opportunities vanish. The comfort zone is a hidden bug in a developer’s career. Small, almost invisible, but slowly destroying potential. It gives a sense of safety while halting progress. Before long, the developer who once burned with curiosity is replaced by monotony and repetition.
